Bootcamp and Kickboxing in small group settings designed to
focus on achieving maximum results while having fun. Unlike other Bootcamp
Fitness Classes where a trainer stands in front of a crowd
doing exercises and the class follows along, I personalize
and individually tailor every clients routine to meet their
individual goals and needs. Whether you need to strengthen a
weak knee, lose a few pounds, increase upper body
strength, increase core strength, or you are looking
for a full body workout, I will work with you to create the
perfect routine for your individual needs! Think of it as a
one-on-one Personal Training session in a group environment.
Training routines are
alternated and changed every three to six weeks to keep
training fresh, avoid burnout and work on strengthening a
variety of target areas.
