Believe you can personal training and bootcamp scheduleI found that it is easy to encourage and believe in others in their trials but often it is hard to believe in yourself. It is even harder when others have given up on you and there is no one in your corner to applaud your achievements. Not to mention past failures that seem to creep up to remind you of the last attempt that was no where near the mark you wanted. Here’s a couple of things that will help you believe more in you:

1. Forget yesterday’s failures. Dwelling in the past keeps you from living in the present which gives you no hope for the future.

2. Maximize the Moment – Give your task the best you got. At the end of the day if you can say you gave 100% of yourself then you will be satisfied.

3. Remember the best way to eat an elephant is one piece at a time. Don’t focus on taking out a giant problem all at one time. Some issues have to be worked out a piece at a time.

4. Learn to celebrate when you complete a goal. We get frustrated when no one recognizes our achievements not realizing that the person that should be celebrating is you. Even if it is a small goal celebrate it!
