Whether your goal is to lose some weight or build some lean muscle, exercise alone will not get you the Full effect if you do not adjust your diet. When I say diet, I am not referring to starving yourself, but rather to adjust the foods you eat, adjust portion sizes and frequency of meals.

Sample: at least 1hr prior to workout and 30 minutes after workout consumed
