studio and in-home personal fitness training in addition to
nutritional consultation, diet analysis and advice. I will
get you in shape quickly and I'll make it FUN. Whether your

years ago and it is another Passion of mine. I have run and
completed races and have motivated lots of friends,
family and clients to train too.

running partner...I can help. I can also coach you on proper
diet for runners.

diet. When I say diet, I am not referring to starving
yourself, but rather to adjust the foods you eat, adjust
portion sizes and frequency of meals.
