The concept "Believe
You Can" first originated in a woman that had a dream not
only to Lose Weight, but Get Fit, Be strong, and Enjoy the
Journey. I wanted to achieve this not only for myself
but for my family, who counted on me to keep things
together.
I started slow, going
back to the gym after having two children, slowly gaining my
confidence and stamina. I lost weight, enjoyed renewed
energy and self esteem, but most of all, Believing in
Myself. I loved what I was doing and wanted to help other
people feel good about themselves too. I became a Certified
Personal Trainer and have since acquired many certifications
- with BOOTCAMP being my passion!
The idea to start my own
business developed over many long runs, my other passion.
The "Believe You Can" philosophy has carried me through many
excruciating physical and mental challenges with the belief
that if you tell yourself you can, the mind carries you
through even when your body wants to quit. Determination,
dedication, and defying all odds despite your physical and
mental obstacles defines oneself and is the difference
between greatness and mediocrity.
